Later in 1974, Keng Seng Company Limited was founded to oversee the purchasing, manufacturing and exporting of tapioca pellet and chips At the time, Keng Seng Company Limited was one of the pioneer companies in tapioca business and one of the leading companies in producing premium quality tapioca over the years.
More than 30 years, we attach importance to doing business with a motto of producing high quality agricultural products. We are well aware of dynamic development especially at present, we emphasize on adding value to tapioca in the starch industry. Chokchai Starch Company Limited was founded in 2002 as both manufacturer and exporter of "Tapioca starch" under its well-known trademark of "Golden Tub"

With the company’s determination to develop its products to meet the international standard, as well as to add the value to its products, in 2006, Chokchai Modified Starch Company Limited was established in order to satisfy the demands of leading food industry such as noodle, sauce and frozen food. In addition, it also serves higher industry, for example, textile industry, wooden board and paper.
The Board of Investment (BOI) focuses on the business of Chokchai Modified Starch Company Limited, thus, we were approved by BOI in 2006.
